About the event
For our first February Roundtable in the Year of Execution, the Southern Georgia Black Chambers is honored to host Mr. Otha Thornton.
Otha Thornton is a trailblazer who has managed leadership at a global scale. As the first African American male to serve as the National PTA President and a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, he brings a unique perspective on how to lead massive organizations through complex changes.
Why every Small Business Owner needs to be in this room: Small businesses fail when they lack the systems to scale. Mr. Thornton will share his insights on "The Leader’s Mindset"—transitioning from a solo entrepreneur to a strategic executive.
Key Discussion Points:
Institutional Leadership: Applying national-scale strategies to your local business.
The Power of Advocacy: Lessons from the National PTA on community influence.
